Where We are

We are located in the charming little town of Safaga, 50km south of Hurghada. A 45 minute car ride will drop you off to Movenpick Resort Soma Bay where we are located right on the beach. It’s very hard to miss us.

The small diverse old town of Safaga offers a variety of outing for surfers. Either you would like to have a coffee or a bite at a local cozy café or go partying; all available. We will be keeping you informed on what’s happening in Safaga during your stay.

The easiest way to get there is by flying to Hurghada International Airport. You can check the daily schedule here. Or you can check the flights from the below search engine:

Start your journey

Kiting is a memorable adventure and that’s what we have the passion for.

From a complete beginner to an advanced level, we got you covered. We offer our lessons with the latest Duotone equipment and in different languages. As well, the lessons are either in private (one-to-one) or group lessons (one to max 3 students at a time).

As safety is our number one concern, all students are provided with the needed equipment (helmet, live jacket, wetsuit) to let learn and progress in a safe condition.

All our instructors are certified from IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) or VDWS (Verband Deutscher Wassersport Schulen) and consequently, your lessons are not only up to standards, but you also get a certificate after finishing your lessons.

Sun, wind and weather

Safaga and Somabay are almost sunny all year long (about 330 days of sun a year) despite whether we are in summer or winter.

At our platform, the wind direction is side offshore and wind is always stable, as we are in the middle of the sea so no wind obstacles around us.

The kite season’s peak starts from March and lasts until sweet November. From December to February is the winter season where the wind still blows and the sun shines, yet a wetsuit is preferable. Average water temperature is between 22°C-29°C along the year. Wind speed averages between 14-29 knots along the year.
